To Superintendant Electric Telegraph - In reply to letter dated 1st Instant signifies to him the highest approbation of Government on the occasion of the opening of the lines reported there in to the public and informs that after the Telegraph shall have been artively completed & shall be in throughly efficient working order from Calcutta to Madras & to Peshawur his services & those of his establishment will be brought under the notice of the Honble Court as it is designed hereafter to colebrate the full accoplishment of this great undertaking by a public # desires him to report when the several lives will be in a state to allow of this design being carried out with certainly & success.
