Petition from a Member of the family of Hafiz Rohumat Khan of Bareilly - Represents that the whole of his property has been plundered by Mutineers during an outbreak at Bareilly & that he appeared himself personally before the Commissioner of that District & presented a petition stating his miserable case & the hardship he suffered during the meeting but no reply has been received prays that his stipend may be continued, for the other members of his family at Lucknow on still receiving their Stepends as before.
