To Secretary - Authorizes the grant to Mr. Dunne, in full proprietary right of the Estate of Shumsahad, in the Azimghur District the rent roll of which is calculated at not less than 10,000 Rs. per annum, subject to the payment of the Government Jumma which is stated to amount to Rs. 4,313. The Claims upon Government of similar nature to that of Mr. Dunnes are not # one other claim only besides that of Mr. Dunne beingnow before Government, that of Mr. Peppe - Requests the Lieut. Governor will consider & report what Estate in the North West Provinces may properly and convenients be granted to that Gentleman (Mr. Peppe).
