From - Forwards copy of a dispatch from the Right Honble the Secretary of state for India No. 16 of 1858 dated 28th October giving a decision in favor of Mr. Buckland Junior Secretary to the Government of bengal on his appeal against the payment of Rs. 250 per month out of his salary Rs. 2500 toMr. Morris Superindent of Revenue Surveys being the difference between the salary of Mr. Momisfiesent office and that received by him when acting as under Secretary to the Government of Bengal which office was abolished on Mr. Bucklands being appointed Junior Secretary.
