From Secretary - With reference to letter hence of 30 march last states that his letter of 4th Febuary meant to satmets whether at might not be advantageous before Mr.Blackwells return to England on the termination of his engagement to permit him to visit calcutta for the purpose of prcuring imformation to enable his advising the Home Government as to the organizaion of a Company to work the mines in the Nerbudda vally adding that Mr. Blackwells has been permitted ot returne director to Emgland.
