From - With reference to Finicial Resolution dated 13 th November /57 and to Endorsements from this office of respectively 23rd and 30th January last observes that the Chief Commissioner North West Provinceswith the view of giving effect tot he orders of Government contained in that Resolution has directed the abservance of certain rules for the disposal of applications for succour, whilst the Lieut. Governor Central Provinces requests the openion of Government as to the necessity of adopting some general principle in disposing of such aplications with a communication ofhis own view on the subject sees no objection to the Cheif Commissioner North West Provinces which appear to embrance the object of the suggestions of the lieut Governor Central provinces.
