Secretary - With reference to courts Despatch No 116 dated 16th August /57 Desires to appoint all the gentleman of the Civil Service senior to Mr. A.R Pollock and jumer to Mr.C.Herne the Sinior 1th Grade Joint Magistarate ordered to return to the North West Provinces from leave to England to be joint Magistrate of the 1th Grade if deserving of that runk Messrs F.Thompson and D.Sineson have abvady been provided with oppointements as joint Magistrate of the 2rd closs and Messrs E.L Braneseth. R.H Davcis, C.B dennision and others are without appointment these gentlemen had before procuding toeurope held equally responsible employment and would be serviceable for many temperary offices which it would be necessary to create.
