To Secretary - With reference tot he Cargoes of Coal on their way from England to Bombay as advised by the Secretary India House requests that that Government will order two out of the three Cargoes of Coal to be sent on the Point de Galle for the use of the steamers # there on their way to Calcutta & Madras with Troops.
