To Secretary - Adverting to letter dated 16 Ultimo states that arrangements have been made for bringing up to madras & Calcutta the Troops expected to touch at Galle for orders by means of the `Auckland` & the Ships & Trunrperts of the Royal navy now at Culcutta the Bombay Government med not therefore send any more steamers of the Indian Navy.
