Read a Despatch No. 67 of 1859, dated the 7th July, from the Right Honble the Secretary of State for India intimating - Para 1st - That Messers G. D. Wilkins, F. C. Torbes, and I. G. Churcher, (Uncovenanted) have been permitted to return to their duty on the Bengal Civil Establishment. Para 2nd - That the undermentioned Civil Servants of the Bengal Establishment have been granted extension of leave on Medical Certificate for the periods specified vizt. Messers A. G. Hay, W G. R. Carnac, C. Raikes, H. B. Webster, E. M. Wylly, T. E. Fairfax, W. McChlery, S. F. Davis for 6 Months, Messers W. Johnston & R. H. Russell for 2 Months, Mr. Thoms Bolds ( Assistant, Calcutta Custom House). 4 Months.
