Post Master General - With reference to Captain Carters removal from the situation of Deputy Post Master at Ghazeepore, reports on the discovery of a system of daring fraud, forgery and Embezzlement artfully carried only the Moonshee. Captain Carter is willing, should Government demand it, to make good the deficiency of his time by the 31st April 1831. Has reinstated this Officer. The value of the Moonshees property which has been attached, should be carried to the liquidation of the deficiency.
