Represention from state Prisoners Vidya Bhushan, accused in Delhi conspiracy case and his moter for his release from detention under Regulation III of 1818 on account of his III health. Question of his release deferred on account of the attempted murder of two police officers in Ajmer by a gang of which the prisoner was believed to be a member. Release of Vidya Bhushan after his transfer from Huzaffargarh sub-jail to the Chapra Jail (B&O) after having served an Orissa public Safety Act , 1933, restricting his Movements.
