Forwards for docket in duplicate a memorial from Captain S.Wrench 5th Bengal Light cavalary, tothe Honorable court appealing against his supercession by many of his juniors inthe service, with reference to G.G.o 28th Febuary last, giving Brevet promotion to severl officers for services performed some years back pointing out the hardship of the field services of a Regiment officer however arduons and long being totally disregraded as to Brevet rank.
