With refrence to mily Department letter no 325 of the 13th feby last, transmits, a despatch from the officer commandings at allahabad states that the C.in C. recommends for adoption the suggestion that the period durigns which pilgrims may visit the shrine of patal porre, within the garrison of allahabad be extended from one to two hours momings and evenings but that H.E. concurs with Lt Col mould inthinkings it is not desirable or expedient futher to realx the existings rules fur the reasons given in that officer letter O.P to be returned.
