Approving of the C.in C recommendation that Field Practice in sppping and mining be carried on by all available cos of that corps that at it head quater during the ensuring season from 15th november also and of the publication yearly by the Civil of a G.O directing all co which may be at head quater to practice for 4 month vizt from 15th november to 15th march.
