With reference to mily dept. lr. no. 1034 of the 30th ult. transmits ext. Invaliding roll of teh 65 N.I. for 1851 in the case of sepoy Bhowancy deen invalided in 1851 and states that in the C. in Cs. opinion there is sufficient therein recevied to Warrant the conclusion that the medical communication acted with propriety in invaliding the petetion o.p. returned.
