With reference to G.G.O. no. 963 dated 22nd November 1853 notifying the appoint of Mr. R.S. Robertson to be a cadet of Infantry & to letter from the Military Deptt. No. 56th of the 4 Instt. submits documents in duplicate in order to the Cadet being admitted into the service and promoted to the rank of Ensign leaving the date of his Communication for future Adjustment.
