Complains of ill treatment from lieutt. T. N. harward bengal arty. states that be was obliged to sue and recover his wages from the flieutt. that in consequnces of a woud in his bg inflicted by lieutt. Horward he is still suffering able to provide for the support of self and family therefore submits his case for the consideration of the Govr. Gent.
