States that , in June Last, the Deputy Adjutant General her Majesty's Forces, submitted, with the Commander in Chief favorable recommendation an application from Captain Walman, Her Majesty's 86th Regiment for Horse allowance for the period he was in Command of Head Quarter Wing of his Regiment at Hyderabad, & was informed that the application could not be complied with, but the Dy. Adjutant General Queen Troop has again brought Captain Welman's application an the grounds Set Forth, & solicited that a 9.0 Should be issued, directing that when a Brevet Major or a Captainis placed in Command of a detached Wing of his Regiment.
