State that consequent on the recent atteration in the organisation of the Indian Army and Eng the nummber of limit in those Comp. has been same that attend. it has then fore been neccesary to re-arrange the number of arrange the number of officers in the abovemention rank who are to draw the hogher the rate of pay.Bearing in mind the prosporation laid down on loard standing despatches No.139 of 21 april 59 the numbers mention within have been fixed notive that since this dispatches was drafted he has recived millitary letter No.257 of 17 oct loat on this subject approves the decision at which Govt. have arrined that in calculating the proporation of Limitt of army who are to recieve the pay of majior 2 limit respectively seconded officers are to be kept out of view and the proporation reknowed as though the officers seconded were consulaties the seconded officers to be allownced the rathe drawn by the officers severally be law them on the list
