Introduction of a new paragraph 675A in Public Works Department Code, Volume I, prescribing the submission of a report to the authority which has power to accord sanction, when it appears probable that it will be necessary to submit a supplementary or revised estimate for a work, or when material deviations from the original proposals appear likely, even though the cost of these may possibly be covered by savings on other items.
