Proposed extension of the cemetery at Kilpauk, Madras to provide burial places for all classes of Christians irrespective of race. Rejected. Decision that Govt. is not responsible for proceeding burial places for all classes of Christians, but the there is no objection to their interment in the same cemetery provided the initial & recurring cost to Govt. is limited to the cost of providing for the needs of the European British born subjects in the Service of the Crown and their families.
