Appointment of Mr. J.A. Milligan, I.C.S., as Chairman, Assam Labour Board vice Lieutenant-Colonel W.M. Kemedy, C.I.E., I.A., granted leave preparatory to retirement. Decision that the salary of the Chairman should be on the I.C.S., senior time-scale, plus overseas allowance of R300 per mensem. Decision that the Government of Indian should continue for another three years from May 1920, their contribution of half the salary of the chairman.
