Resettlement of refugee Government servants-Direction to the Chief Commissioners that no vacancies under them should be filled up whithout reference to the Ministry of Home Affairs. Decision that 50% should be reserved for local candidates and 50% be reserved for Transfer Bureau nominees. (If T.B. nominees are not available 20% should be filled up by other refugges)
