Proposal that when a person holding an appointment Staturoty Council or Institution controlled by Government (such as C.S.I.R or I.S.I etc) is selected for appointment to I.A.S. etc., /other Central Services, the requirement of Medical examination by a Medical Board need not be insited upon in his case provided he has already been medically examined by an authority and by the standar equivalent to the authority and the standard prescrib for appointment to class I and II (gazetted) posts under the Central Government, at the time of his appointment in teh at Council
