Ministry of Finance propose not to accept T.B. nominees for the posts of Economic Investigators but select and offer appointments to outsiders after advertising the vacancies. Decision that T.B. nominees should be welcomed as it would be difficult to resist similar requests from otheer Ministries and will affect the policy deliberately laid down for the rehabilitation of displaced persons
