Decision that where the terms of appointment do not specifically provide for termination of appointment otherwise than on one month's notice a person governed by the Temporary Services Rules is entitled to a one month's notice and where the terms of appointment provide for mutual notice of any other period discharge can take place only on giving the specified period of notice or payment of pay and allowances in lieu.
