(1) Transfer of work relating to the recognition of Private Primary and Middle Schools from the Government to the Delhi Municipal Corporation. (ii) Decision that the authority in respect of Primary and Middle Deptt. of High and Hr. Secondary Schools should vest in the Director of Education, Delhi and that the grants will also be paid by him. (iii) Appointment of an officerof the Central Government to periodiocally visit the Schools run and aided by the D.M.C
