Question (i) Whether it is necessary to refer the matter to UPSC in a case where the Commission's representative on the DPC requires that such a reference is necessary before the recommendations of the DPC are finalised though such consultation is not necessary under a status and (ii) Whether the DPC can review the ranking if a selection list of officers from time to time and (iii) Whether cases of confirmation of officers who were initially selected for appointment on the DPC recommendation, should be referred again to that Body
