Proposal made by the Ministry of Defence to transfer the responsibility for Malaria control to the Delhi Municipal Corporation and the New Delhi Municipal Committee in respect of the areas used for accommedating troops-Agreement conveyed by D.M.C. for taking over the responsibility. The Special Officer for giving grants to the D.M.C. will take this into account if this item is included in the in the report of the Commissioner about the level of expenditure on major spending departments. 2.Ministry of Defence will settle the question of including the service areas of the New Delhi Municipal Committee in consultation with the Ministry of Health
