Re-employment of and grant of extension of service to the superannuated personnel. Question whether the power delegated to the Auditor General under Appx. 4, Vol. II of the F. and S. Rules, to grant extensions of service can be exercised by hm without reference to Home Ministry in view of the orders contained in O.M. No. 30/61/48-Apptts., dated the 25-5-48 regarding the, re-employment of superannuated persons, and whether the term 're-employment' as appearing in the O.M. of the 25.5.48 also covers cases of extension of service
