Question of fixation of seniority of certain officers selected by the F.P.S.C. in the following cases:-(i) Where officers selected by the FPSC in one batch and listed in order of preference, have had previous experience in the appointments for which they were subsequently selected; (ii) Where officers with no previous experience selected by the FPSC in an order of preference, and appointed by a common order, (iii) Where officers selected by the FPSC without an order of preference, have had previous service in the same or inter-changeable posts; and (iv) Where officers selected Province-wise by the FPSC without an order of preference as between Provinces are brought to an All-India Pool
