(i) Question of reinstatement of a Government servant who is dismissed recoved from service on conviction by a competent court of law, but is subsequently acquitted on appeal of a higher court, or the appellate court orders a de novo trial of the case-Proposal that prosecution of a Government servant should come after departmental enquiry is completed.
