Request of H.H. the Maharaja of Kapurthala that in correspondence with the State the word Darbar be subsituted by a correct phraseology. Accepted. Desire of H.E. the Crwon Representative that there is no objection to the substitution of the term Government for the term Darbar in the case of any State possessing full or practically full powers if and when such State applied for the recognition of the change involved.
