1. Enquiry from the A.G. Madras regarding the date of retirement of Shri Justice S. Ganapatia Pillai, Judge of the Madras High Court, from the State Judicial Service.-Decision that an addl. Judge continues in service until the end of his appointment as such, and if he is appointed a permanent Judge, until retirement. 2. Decision that in the case of a service Judge the entire period of service upto the date of retirement and not the period of service only up to the age of 55 years will be taken into account for pension under para 2 of Part III of the First Schedule to the High Court Judges (conditions of Service) Act 1954
