Question whether the F.P.S.C should be asked to furnish information about all the candidates considered by them for a post also the reasons for selecting a particular candidates in prefrence to other so that Government may be in postion to excecise if may discretionary power of not accepting the recommendations one of the Federal Public Service Commission in exceptional circumstances
