1. Grant to Mr. C. Schoeffer of the Hyderabad Residency office of an acting allowance of ?100 per mensem, in addition to his salary as Sub. Protem. Superintendent of the Political Branch, while officiating as Extra Assistant Resident during the absence of Mr. Hosley on privilege leave. Rejection of a proposal to grant Mr. Schoeffer a charge allowance for holding additional charge of the appointment of Second Assistant to the Resident during his period. 2. Rejection of a proposal to give Mr. A. Moss of the Hyderabad Residency office an acting allowance over and above his salary as sub. Protem. Senior Clerk of the Political Branch, while officiating as Superintendent of that Branch. 3. Decision that the appointments of (a) Extra Assistant Resident and Second Assistant to the Resident at Hyderabad, and (b) Extra Assistant and Second Assistant to the Agent to the Governor-General in Central India, are on the same establishment for the purpose of Article 169, Civil Service Regulations, and that charge allowances is not admissible to the Extra Assistants for holding additional charge as Second Assistant
