Payment of the annual subsidy to the Bhootan Government- With reference to Government order No. 669, dated the 7th ultimo, on the subject of irregularities on the part of the Bhootan Government in connection with the receipt of the annual subsidy reports that he has addressed the Deb Rajah as directed by Government, and states that next year no doubts a Jungpen and written authority from both Rajahs will be sent.
