In continuation of his letter No. 53, dated 19th instant, on the subject of the boundary between Julpigoree and Bhootan, reports that he was ascertained that Major Money, the Deputy Commissioner of Julpigoree, is under the impression that the Deb Rajah of Bhootan, at an interview with the Lieutenant Governor last year, agreed to abide by a British Officer's decision as to the boundary line. Offers remarks.
