Boundary between Bhootan and Julpigoree. With reference to his letter No. 96, dated the 24th ultimo, states that the explanation submitted by him with regard to the departure of the Vakeel at Buxa for Bhootan is accepted, Adds that, with a slight modification, the Lieutenant Governor approves of the communication which he proposes to address the Deb Rajah of Bhootan with regard to the settlement of the Julpigoree boundary.
