Desai, CIE, ICS, Principal of the Indian Administrative Service Training School, was appointed Indian Trade Commissioner in London, and arrangements were made for an institution to fill the position of Principal. Mr. S.B. Bapat, ICS, has been appointed as the Government of India's Principal IAS Training School and Establishment Officer.
