Approve the following proposals: (i) to allow, under certain conditions, prior service in the Zhob Levy Corps, Khyber Rifles, and other Militia Corps in the North-West Frontier Province to count towards pension and gratuity upon transfer or re-enlistment. (ii) that the personal allowance of R50 per month, referred to in paragraph 962 of Army Regulations, India, Volume I, should be available to the Risaldar-Major of the Zhob Levy Corps and the Subedar Majors of other Corps.
