(1) Order in Council applying Part II of the Fugitive Offenders Act, 1881 to Burma. (2) Order in Council directing that Chapter IV of the Burma Extradition Act shall have effect throughout His Majesty`s Dominions as if it were part of the Fugitive Offenders Act, 1881. (3) Order in Council directing that Chapter II of the Burma Extradition Act shall have effect in British Burma as if it were part of the Extradition Act 1870.
