Appointment of ``Permit`` officers under the Foreigners` Ordinance 1914 (III of 1914), at the ports of Madras, Calcutta, and Rangoon. Decision that the Government of India alone should issue permits to persons desirous of leaving India by any ports other than the above mentioned.
