(I)Decision of the Overseas Prize Disposal Committee that the expenditure incurred by the Ceylon Govt. in connection with the P.S. Rappenfels cannot be considered an owner liability. (II) Decrees of the Naval Prize Tribunal on the Lindenfels and the cargo of the Rappenfels and also on enemy dhows condomned by the Aden Prize Court. (III) Transfer of money from the Overseas Prize Court to the Naval Prize Fund. (IV) Submission to the Naval Prize Tribunbal through the India office of the orders of condemnation of condemnation of enemy vessels dhows and cargoes in the Prize Court of India Burma and Aden.
