Minute of the Governer General proposing that the offices of Assay Master and Mint Master should be held by different persons Nominating Mr.H.Harris and Mr.J.Miller.,Assay Master and Mint master ,respectively,recommending that a salary of rupees 2,250 a Month should be allowed to each in lieu of commision and all personal allowence and that a house near the Mint should be hired for their offices and subjoining a statement of the allowences drawn by the Mint Master s from the 3oth April,1791,to the 1st May1772
