Servants according the Section 409 of Indian Penal Code, hence he has been given Six Months --- imprisonment including one month Political Imprisonment and amount of a fine of Rs.300/- and incase of failure in submitting the requisite fine he will be Rigorously imprisoned for three months more. The decision was pronounced on 7th October 1927.
