Acknowledges receipt of letter of yesterday`s date with copy of one from sir William O`Shanghnessy to Govt. and forwards the explanations on the Contents of that letter. States he was not furnished with box and Cipher in Bombay, that he received an intimation from Mr. Sargon to remain in Indore and intentionally have not treated Sir William Shanghnessy with disrespect.
