Must Sunder D/O Ram Charan of Nowgong Vs. Kallu S/o Piran accused under section 504 of I.P.C. orders relating this case are in file No. 39 of 26 October 1925-26 in which Kallu the accused convicted under section 504 I.P.C. sentence him to pay a fine of Rs. 551/- and a fault of payment of fine should suffer rigorous imprisonment for one week.
