Forwarding with the former papers documents as per margin within and abserving that thile the individuals case refd. in the adjt. Genls. despatch no. 647 was under consideration the subsequesnt one from the same authority was recived suggesting a modification of the rules contained in articles 23.24 and 25 pages 110 and 111 of the code of 1849 which are founded on G.G.G. 24th jan. 1845.
